Introduction
Below we present the full text in Spanish of the “Save Europe Act” declaration, launched by Libor Vondráček, the first signatory and chairman of the Czech political party “We Are Free.” This petition has been signed by 700,000 Czech citizens. In Eastern European countries, which have been under communist rule for more than forty years, there is widespread skepticism toward EU interference in their internal affairs. During the communist era, state interference was exercised at every level. This wariness is growing toward the EU, the UN, and, above all, toward the behavior of economic elites acting in collusion with European governments. The text reveals strong opposition to Islamic immigration, following the experiences and events that have taken place in Europe since 2015. This rejection is also growing right now in leading European countries, which are enacting tough laws to prevent greater evils. One need only look at what is happening in Ceuta, Spanish territory in Africa. As expected, the EU has refused to officially accept this protest, which amounts to an unjust rejection.

Preamble
We, the peoples of Europe, guided by a deep love and sense of responsibility toward our peoples, our descendants, and our common civilization, address the European Commission. Recognizing that the indigenous peoples of Europe, comprising the ethnic, cultural, and linguistic communities of the Member States, have the inalienable right to preserve their collective identity, their heritage, and their way of life, as enshrined in the principles of national sovereignty and self-determination.
II. Explanatory Memorandum

1. Aware that Article 4(2) of the Treaty on European Union reaffirms respect for the national identity of the Member States, which forms an integral part of their fundamental political and constitutional structures, including regional and local autonomy;
2. Taking into account, furthermore, that Article 22 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union requires the Union to respect cultural, religious, and linguistic diversity, which must include the protection of the historical cultures and traditions of the European peoples against the erosion caused by demographic replacement;
3. Noting how replacement immigration, both legal and illegal, has violated this right in recent decades by causing significant harm to social cohesion, public services, security, and the ethnic and cultural continuity of the European peoples, which has led to the emergence of parallel societies, an increase in crime, and the marginalization of indigenous peoples in their historic homelands;
4. Emphasizing the urgency of the matter, recognizing the current reality that the indigenous peoples of Europe are at risk of becoming minorities in their own countries unless radical changes are made to the asylum and migration system;
5. Noting that migration does not resolve the crisis of population aging but, on the contrary, places an additional burden on European social systems and exacerbates the fundamental problem of low birth rates among the indigenous population; 6. Declaring that a sovereign Europe must prioritize the well-being, security, and demographic continuity of its peoples over policies that, in effect, replace and harm them.
Petition
ARTICLE 1. Imposition of a moratorium on new migration routes from non-European countries. Declare a formal moratorium on new migration routes for people from non-European and non-Western countries, including the suspension of the processing of asylum applications submitted by economic migrants from countries considered safe, the suspension of the issuance of new student and family visas to non-European citizens, and the introduction of strict restrictions on legal migration routes, until social cohesion and cultural continuity are restored in the Member States.
ARTICLE 2. Fundamental reform of the migration and asylum system. Carry out a fundamental reform of the European Union’s current migration and asylum systems during the term of this moratorium, including a comprehensive reform of the current migration framework focused on the protection of external borders, physical and technological barriers at the borders, the rapid verification of arrivals, and mechanisms for their immediate return.
ARTICLE 3. Systematic and expedited return. Ensure the systematic and expedited return (repatriation) of migrants in an irregular situation within the territory of the European Union, rejected asylum seekers, and individuals who have committed crimes or pose a threat to public order, through the full mutual recognition of repatriation orders throughout the Union and enhanced cooperation with third countries on the readmission of such individuals.
ARTICLE 4. Pan-European Framework for Broader Remigration. Create a harmonized pan-European framework for broader repatriation, including voluntary and incentive-based measures that encourage the return of non-European migrants who are not integrated or who represent a significant cultural or financial burden on Member States, with the aim of reducing the costs associated with implementing these measures and promoting the restoration of demographic balance.
ARTICLE 5: Elimination of “social magnets.” Eliminate social benefits and incentives that act as pull factors for migration, including restricting access by non-citizens and newly arrived migrants to certain social benefits and support systems, in accordance with Union law, in order to reduce the motivation for further migration, alleviate the burden on European taxpayers, and encourage remigration.
