Introduction

On September 22, 2026, Putin delivered the following speech before Parliament in Moscow. It is a brief overview of the history of the last two centuries. Since the mainstream media, controlled by the media elite in the U.S., bombards us with filtered or distorted views and news, it is good to hear the other side of the story—the Russian perspective. It is very important to put ourselves in the Russians’ shoes, since Putin’s words echo the vision and sentiments of his people.

It is clear that we are facing that biblical scene, whose stark conclusion states: “Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.” Ultimately, the ideal would be deep understanding, letting go, and mutual forgiveness: both sides share a Christian culture! But here we must acknowledge that, in the West, the threats from the elites—in collusion with key government officials—reveal the treachery of the deeply “woke” 2030 Agenda. Below is the transcript of Putin’s speech:

—————-

From the colonization of India to Africa, through the wars waged by England and France in China, this country was forced to open its ports to the opium trade. What the English did was turn entire peoples into drug addicts, in the name of truth, freedom, and justice. We are proud that, in the 20th century, it was above all our country that offered the peoples of the world the opportunity to develop with the aim of reducing poverty and inequality and combating disease.

I emphasize that one of the reasons for Russophobia, which has persisted for centuries, is the hatred of Western elites toward Russia, which stems precisely from this: during the era of colonial conquests, Europeans were forced to trade with us on the basis of mutual benefit; we achieved this because a strong central state developed in Russia, grounded in the great moral values of Orthodox Christianity, Islam, and Buddhism, and built upon a Russian culture open to all.

The truth is that not only were plans drawn up to intervene in Russia on more than one occasion, but attempts were also made to take advantage of the Time of Troubles in the 17th century and the period of upheaval following 1917; yet the Western elites achieved nothing. However, the West managed to seize Russia’s wealth at the end of the 20th century, when the state was in ruins; in reality, they have treated us as a colony; we have experienced it all, we have forgotten nothing, and these days the people of Donetsk have rightly spoken out in favor of restoring our historical unity.

For centuries, Western countries have claimed to bring freedom and democracy to other countries and peoples; but instead of democracy, they have brought oppression and exploitation. The unipolar world order is undemocratic and anti-libertarian; it is false and utterly hypocritical. The U.S. is the only country in the world to have used nuclear weapons in Hiroshima and Nagasaki; incidentally, in doing so, they also set a precedent.

I also want to recall that the United States, together with its allies, needlessly reduced Dresden, Hamburg, Cologne, and many other German cities to ruins at the end of World War II. I repeat once more: there was no military necessity; the sole objective—just as with the use of the atomic bomb in Japan and the Saar—was to intimidate the entire world. The United States has left a terrible trail in its wake: from the massacre of the people of Korea and Vietnam through barbaric, large-scale bombings to the occupation—which persists to this day—of Japan and South Korea.

Thus, everyone knows that personal surveillance devices are being installed, not only in workplaces but also in private homes; it is truly a disgrace—a disgrace for those who do it, but also for those who remain silent. They call this “transatlantic solidarity.” The development of biological weapons and experiments on human beings—including, among other places, in Ukraine—are labeled “generous medical research.”

It is precisely their destructive policies, through wars and exploitation, that have triggered massive migratory flows toward Europe. Now they are shipping grain from Ukraine; where is it going? Under the pretext of ensuring security of supply for the world’s poorest countries, everything stays within European countries; only 5% of the shipments went to the world’s poorest countries, and the U.S. elites, deep down, are exploiting these people’s plight to weaken their competitors and destroy nation-states: France, Italy, Spain…

And Washington constantly demands new sanctions against Russia, and most European politicians obediently comply, even though they understand perfectly well that the U.S., with its demand that Europe completely renounce Russian gas and other energy sources, is not seeking greater submission, but rather a direct betrayal of their own peoples—an act of sabotage—incredible, but true—by orchestrating an explosion on the Nord Stream international gas pipeline, which runs along the seabed of the Baltic Sea; in practice, they have gone on to… Isn’t it obvious to everyone who benefits from this? And the one who benefits, naturally, is the one who did it.

U.S. dictates are based on violence against Cuba, on the law of the strongest, sometimes wrapped in pretty packaging, but the result is always the same: the strongest is right; hence also the hundreds of military bases all over the world, the expansion of NATO, the constant search for new military alliances, as well as the strengthening of ties between Washington, Seoul, Tokyo, and the United States, which aspire to real strategic sovereignty, to total domination—even under the pretext of seeking peace.
