The crime of being free in truth

Introduction to the topic
Since the dawn of history, government authorities have sought to rely on certain knowledge to consolidate their rule. At first, this knowledge existed in the hazy realm of superstition, magic, and dream interpretation. It was the time of fortune tellers and magicians, whose oracles provoked all kinds of abuses and wars. Greek philosophical thought about God, the world, and man was a great advance because it adhered only to reason and truth. Then Roman civilization introduced law and justice, inspired by Greek wisdom.
These two pillars, fused into a coherent unity with revelation in the thriving Church founded by Christ, marked the happy beginning of our Judeo-Christian civilization, which gave greatness to the West: https://thinktanklatam.org/la-conciencia-como-libertad-ante-la-verdad/. It was only when its realistic foundations were questioned by Descartes that man as a thinking subject abandoned the object of extramental knowledge to focus on the subject or the self: this is the birth of subjectivism, which allows all kinds of ideological creations to be devised to legitimize the will of the monarchical government.
Once immediate evidence, on which truth is based, is set aside, freedom of thought in the humanities is also lost, which has always been the most sacred principle in universities since the Middle Ages. This explains why the exercise of freedom has become a crime when it takes the form of religious expression that the state does not like. Today we see how the police have arrested Christians praying in front of abortion clinics in England and even in Catholic Spain! https://thinktanklatam.org/manipulacion-del-lenguaje/
The crime of freedom
Freedom of expression in politics was stifled by the Bolshevik revolution in 1917 and later by Nazism. The same thing happened recently during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the state refused to follow the advice of medical science and dogmatically imposed a single vaccine on all countries at the same time. The same steps have even been taken as in communist Russia or Nazi Germany: the persecution of intellectual opponents, journalists, scientists, and teachers, in the form of firing them from their jobs or even putting them in jail. Many have protested against these abuses of state authority, including Jordan Peterson, President Trump, and a whole host of scientific authorities around the world: https://thinktanklatam.org/barrington-declaration-against-the-lockdown/
As I said above, freedom of thought and research is never persecuted in the field of technology, but only in the humanities.
But medical science, which is also based on data and biological laws, has also been subjected to the dictates of political authority in the years of the COVID-19 pandemic. We also find this attitude in the background of the legalization of abortion and in the steps being taken toward the legalization of euthanasia. And all this orchestration for the enslavement of man is being directed by globalists, pulling the strings under the cover of secrecy and anonymity.
Which countries are the ‘bad guys’?
It is not the less relevant countries, but the leading countries, such as Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany. The fight against state abuses promoted by President Trump in the US is currently being waged, persecuting, for example, globalist WOKE ideologies. The elites promoting this Davos 2030 ideological agenda have their agents well placed in the nerve centers of lawmaking, in the education sector, and in many other areas where the official influence of the state reaches.
Thus, right now, the US government is ideologically cleansing none other than Harvard University and many others by cutting off the state aid they receive annually. Harvard received $2.4 billion, for example. In the US, we are in an exceptional reverse situation, because it is the state that prosecutes abuses committed by non-state entities, because Harvard cannot be allowed to impose, as such, the errors of Wokism that precisely abort freedom of expression or free speech, which they should defend, because freedom is the very raison d’être of every university.
Science and scientists lack defenses
Teachers, scientists, and researchers have no unions or any structure to defend their freedom and legitimate interests. When World War II ended, the Americans and Russians tried to attract as many scientists as possible, not only for weapons development, but also chemists, doctors, etc. Thus, the father of the VI and VII rockets, which were launched from Peenemuende to London, was Werner von Braun, who laid the foundations for American rocket science. In other words, ‘brain power’ is almost a value in itself, on which technological and human progress depends. On another note, the continuous brain drain from less developed countries to more developed ones is a regrettable problem. But part of the blame lies with the poorer countries, because they do not try to retain their own scientific capabilities through specific programs.
The great fault of intellectuals
Intellectuals are generally thinkers in the humanities, such as law, history, philosophy, etc. Seventy years ago, philosopher and sociologist Raymond Aron (1905-1983) published his book The Opium of the Intellectuals. Aron denounced the intellectuals of his time for selling themselves to communist thought. Jean Paul Sartre was the champion of this intellectual movement, which ended up spreading the infection of Marxism throughout much of the world.
In their youth, Aron and Sartre were close friends, but Aron later distanced himself from Marxist socialism and ended up supporting De Gaulle’s conservative party. Aron denounced the great moral guilt of any intellectual who accepts the premises of Marxist ideology.
It is a responsibility from which they can only free themselves by returning openly to the traditional philosophical thought that has made the West great since the first century. These intellectuals are directly responsible for the emergence of WOKE ideologies, because each of them is a replica of the Marxist dialectical principle that consists of opposing any two extremes in order to achieve their synthesis. Initially, it was the extremes of rich and poor that gave rise to the synthesis of the proletarian revolution, which ended up placing the means of production in the hands of an omnipotent and tyrannical state. Now it is the two sexes, or man against nature, or the white race against the black race, etc.
