This is what Raymond Ibrahim, author of the book ‘Genocide of Christians’, published in the USA, tells us:
“Scores of Christians are massacred…hacked to death with machetes, locked in their churches and burned alive.” Raymond Ibrahim, author of the new book “Defenders of the West,” has been tracking the persecution of Christians in Muslim-majority countries from Nigeria to Iran for decades. He says this pattern has become so routine, widespread and violent that it constitutes what he calls a “trickle-down genocide.” Ibrahim discusses the history of Christians in the Middle East, the growing anti-Christian sentiment in the West and the false narratives perpetuated by much of the media, academia, Hollywood and international organizations, such as the United Nations. “Christian women who fled Muslim countries and went to some European nation and were granted asylum … and now at work they get fired because you see their little cross, for example,” Ibrahim says. “Whether it’s because of Islamic radicalization, or extremism, or this militant leftism…Christians have quickly fallen out of favor.”
Ibrahim was born in Egypt, as a Christian of the ancient Coptic rite. Before the persecutions it was the largest Christian minority in the Middle East. His parents emigrated for this reason to the USA, where he studied history with the intention of researching in depth the persecution of Christians worldwide. 80% of the persecution today takes place in areas of Islamic domination. The rest takes place in countries with little respect for the Christian faith, such as India, China, North Korea and others. Currently, 360 million Christians are suffering persecution.
The mistreatment manifests itself in deaths, burning or destruction of churches, discrimination, hatred, etc.
Welcoming of Mohammedans in Europe
On the other hand, since 1960, more than 20 million Mohammedans have entered Europe from Turkey, Syria, Morocco, etc. In spite of the many and very serious Islamic terrorist attacks, the various European countries have welcomed them with a spirit of help and understanding in the face of their problems, at a very high cost, which leaves traces in the state budgets. The numbers of Mohammedans in the main countries are as follows:
Germany 5,500,000, France 5,000,000, Great Britain 2,800,000, Spain 2,300,000 and Italy 1.5 million. The full count, not including non-Mohammedan immigrants and refugees, would reach over twenty million.
In Germany, the waves of immigration (in 1960-70) have been first from Italy and Spain, then followed a great flow of immigration from Turkey, and then followed the arrival of Muslims. These were not called, but were rather imposed by globalism, with the intention of dissolving the Christian culture. This scheme has taken place in all European countries.
