The Conspiracy Hypothesis II

This article continues the previous one and tries to place, what Dr. Schoening said, in the proper context. Similar statements are appearing with great profusion especially in Germany and the USA.

1. The apex of power of the Deep State can only be a network of secret societies, united by a common materialistic ideology that upholds the need to establish a “New World Order” as an absolute condition for survival. This is something that the last presidents of the United States have been talking about. President J. F. Kennedy is the only one who had lashed out at secret societies, in a speech to the representatives of the press, and was soon after assassinated. President Trump refers to this secret network of global manipulation when he speaks of the ‘Deep State’ (DS), saying that it is a swamp of crime and corruption that must be dissected.

2. The sub-ideologies of the DS are genderism, the myths of overpopulation and the environment in imminent danger of destruction by men, the equation of homosexual union with traditional marriage, sex education for children, support for abortion etc. These ideologies have been disseminated in many university chairs, through Hollywood films and the media, as well as through digital social networks and official government bodies. Anything that opposes this materialist view is attacked as being ‘politically incorrect’. The SD ideologies claim the privilege of being the supreme guardians of truth, in the form of an exclusive monopoly that rejects the traditional values of the Christian family, the right to property, the parental right to children. Nor do they recognize human rights, especially when they are opposed to their plans.

3. The DS is taking advantage of the corona virus to frighten the world population, to humiliate them, so that they then accept its dictates and its role as saviour of the world through credits, vaccines and other means. Deep down, it seems to me that they are not seeking to make more money – for example, by buying good companies with low stock exchange prices – but rather power, which, when abused, is man’s worst moral vice, which in history has sunk civilizations, kingdoms and countries. It is the most harmful manifestation of amoral man, and its seductive force lies in the vain ambition to put oneself in the place of God, the infinite power, to such an extent that Nietzsche has even proclaimed the death of God. It is the supreme and absolute exaltation of one’s own ego, like a capital sin that nests in the heart of every person. How often, for example, what moves one to buy luxury objects or to travel and extraordinary adventures, is the desire to wrest a little admiration and envy from oneself, so as to feel superior to others, even if it is within a miserable corral with few spectators.

4. The leading political exponents who openly oppose the DS and attack it are President Putin and President Trump, together with a silent majority, partly orphaned of clear orientations and criteria according to the truth. The role of China has not, I believe, been defined yet. The highest exponents in favour of the DS in the USA have been President Obama, the Clintons, part of the Democratic Party in the USA, Bill Gates, Soros, the UN and its agencies.

5. Imposition of globalism, which requires an equalization of thought in all people, based on the input of information duly adapted for this purpose. It is a brainwashing that seeks to erase from consciousness any attitude or value that impedes the absolute homogenization of the human mass, which should not identify with a homeland, a nation, nor with one’s own family, in order to ensure the total submission of the individual to the dictates of the DS. This implies the moral corruption of women through fashion and films. And once the woman is corrupted, the family is corrupted and the children pass into the hands of the State. At the same time the education sector, from kindergarten to university, has to submit to the criteria of the DS. An example of this process: it is enough to observe how the State rejects the principle of subsidiarity, wanting to control education itself, not wanting to support citizens’ educational initiatives or making it very difficult.

6. The creation of international organizations, such as the UN and the IMF (International Monetary Fund), and their dependent bodies, and many others, the great majority of which were initially promoted by the SD in order to have an instrument of coercive intervention with the Member States, based on the legal principle that international treaties take precedence over their own Constitution. The EU initially had impeccable founders, but was later infiltrated by the DS to the point that today it demands that the Member States abdicate their sovereignty in such essential matters as defence, currency, the principles that should govern education, etc. It is very indicative that the EU is demanding sex education for children from the age of nine. Other issues on its agenda are genderism and the equalization of homosexual marriages with traditional Christian marriages.

The growing opposition within the EU is therefore understandable. Just listen to Farage on Youtube or find out why the Brexit, or why it is logical to call President Orban a tyrannical monster, because he does not want to comply with many of the EU’s requirements. Another similar case is that of Poland and the other countries that have previously been under communist hegemony, which has given them a healthy hypersensitivity to controls and impositions from outside their own country. Most European intellectuals think that the EU has no future and the crisis of the corona virus is accelerating this process of Euroexit.

7. One goal of the SD is the reduction of the world population through worldwide health measures, such as toxic vaccination campaigns, because so many sterilizing substances have been added to the good remedy. The history of mass depopulation without violence was technically possible since 1950 in India, where many millions of women have been sterilized as a precondition for development aid. Then the contraceptive pill was developed, which prevented at least 100 million births worldwide, followed by the legalization of abortion, which took away at least 50 million newborns in the USA and Europe alone. Another weapon used by the SD is the organization and financing of immigration movements, as has been the case in Europe in 2015, which aim to destroy European culture, destabilize governments and impoverish the population. In the financial and monetary area, the DS acts very incisively through the FED, because at the beginning of the century they have achieved the approval of a law in the USA that allows them to print dollars and lend them to States and central banks. Another money management channel, which the SD has in its hands, is the International Monetary Fund and the Bank of Central Banks in Basel, officially called the International Clearing Bank. In the wake of the crisis triggered by the virus, the FED and the European Central Bank – which is also under the influence of the DS – are each printing more than trillion dollars and euros, to help states that want to cover up the huge losses in tax revenue, as well as salary losses, through a policy of loans at many levels. 

This additional injection of money will one day translate into a huge inflation, which specialists say can reach up to 50% in the Euro, which will abruptly impoverish the population and facilitate the cancellation of cash. This will allow the digital tracking of all payments, cancelling out one more sector of personal privacy, in the style of what is already working in China, where citizens are continuously observed by cameras and their physical movement is stored digitally, as well as all their payments, contracts, contacts etc., in order to be able to score them. If they behave well, the high score makes it easier for them, for example, to get bank loans, tax facilities, access to health services, studies, good jobs and functiond. Negative scores, on the other hand, have the adverse effect. It is the perfect realization of Orwell’s novel, ‘Brave New World’.

9. The big question that the DS hypothesis raises is how it organizes its action through thousands and thousands of people who follow its orders and guidelines. In the first place, it is clear that the SD has to be a very old group, with a lot of history that has allowed it to have effective know-how. It has to be a secret organisation with a global reach and a long history. 

The members of the DS continuously proselytize, seeking to win over mainly liberal professionals and anyone of a certain importance and influence. I remember that I was visited twice in Zurich in the eighties – by managers of a bank – to propose that I attend a lodge. To my objection of being Catholic, they replied that I would see bishops there too! What is clear is that the SD cares very much about destroying the Church and all other religious organizations, because they educate people in a religious creed that they consider to be opposed to freedom of thought.

People who adhere do so because they are looking for relationships that will catapult them upwards with good offices or with good possibilities of political career. These people, once tested over time, are then placed at the head of companies and institutions, in exchange for a surrendered obedience to their instructions. Another way of securing influence is through corruption, for example, to obtain a government concession or a law.

The DS uses political parties like the poker player uses cards: they can support left, right or center, depending on the circumstances. It seems to me that they have at their command, well paid, professional agitators trained to take advantage of a previous situation of social or political tension to ignite the spark that makes a situation of social injustice explode, for example. It would be interesting, in this respect, to investigate how former President Chávez won elections in Venezuela, or how the recent violent protest in Chile, or the case of the yellow vests in France, came about so suddenly. It is well known that Marxism was inoculated to Russia from outside by Lenin, who was helped by the DS with a lot of money and influence to take it in a sealed train to St. Petersburg, to set the fuse on fire in the midst of the great tension of the time, in 1917
